The Children of World War Three, a series of images depicting young skeletons frozen in their final living state, is the breakthrough collaboration between NOT ENOUGH KNIFE and artificial intelligence, after we were invited to test DALLE-2 prior to public release. Matthew W.F. Senior first used a camera to capture images of skeleton miniature figurines, crafted by himself (from plastic and plasticine), stood before a combination of real-life vignettes, miniature sets and 3D rendered backdrops. These images were then fed into A.I. software, creating a batch of imperfect, yet haunting images, with aperture utilised to rack focus away from blemishes.
